During this time, I will be a little slow in responding. 2025 makes my 7th summer being the collaboration and communication coach for cross-functional teams making science magic to help humanity.

This unique science accelerator lab, created and nurtured by James Parr and the Trillium team, has 50 AI firsts, 75 AI pipelines, and an 80% success rate. (To put that into context - most AI innovation has an 80% fail rate. What makes us different is we have made collaboration into our 'magic sauce'.)

My job is to help instill and nurture our unique culture of improvisation. To help the individual researchers, cross-disciplinary teams, the faculty, and the whole programme to live the 7 C's.

These are: Community, Curiosity, Co-creation, Courage, Compassion, Complexity, and Comedy.

And at the end, I work closely with the Trillium design team to help each team share their breakthroughs with the world.
