So excited to be doing three sessions in Milan as part of PeopleRise's Bridging Dialogues this year. I get to be among delightfully awesome fellow speakers including Robert Poynton and Jennifer Garvey Berger.
My sessions are:
1. Trusting the Universe to play ball. (10 minutes) A short, interactive activity to allow our living system (us in the room) to play and reflect and make sense of what we heard and the collective genius.
2. What King Kong’s penis can teach us about complexity. (10 minutes) A short, interactive, playful session where we practice a useful tool to navigate complexity.
And a longer, interactive workshop in the afternoon...
3. When Systems Smile: The art of useful lightness in heavy times. (70 minutes) These are heavy times. So many of us are close to ‘fight or flight’. And some of our responses to complexity are coming from a place of fear, amplifying more stressful patterns in our systems.
What happens if instead, we try something else? Something more delightful. Which amplifies different kinds of possibilities and patterns.
This workshop explores how Human Systems Dynamics can guide us toward wise action, and what happens when we add the often-overlooked resources of compassion and comedy.
Through playful exploration and heartfelt connection, participants will experience firsthand how this integration creates conditions for wiser, more sustainable action in complex human systems and issues.
If you would love to attend my session and everyone elses, check out this link.
Ciao!
