Come explore with us how your work/organisation/project might help LIFE - both people and planet - to thrive.
Pick one of three live, online, interactive 90-minute workshops.
Our nutshell briefly introduces and uniquely weaves together three powerful transformation approaches:
-The thrivability model (a structure, a way of seeing)
-Human Systems Dynamics (a body of work with great tools to engage in organisational complexity and unlock potential)
- Applied improvisation (a key practice, the 'gym' for complexity)

The background
Back in 2014, Belina and Michelle Holliday launched a pirate-y, playful global learning adventure called The Thrivable World Quest. It centred on Michelle's organisational Thrivability model (the what) and Belina's applied improvisation expertise (the how). The Why was inspired by Michelle's eternally important question,
"What might be different in our organisations if we really wanted life on the planet to thrive?"
They ran the Thrivable World Quest nine times in 10 countries, including South Africa. Alison was our Country Captain there as well as our main session co-designer.

Why bring this back now?
Because it is unsafe to pretend things are stable when they are not.
Our work, nature, and people are very interconnected.
So let's engage with our work and each other in ways that help us make meaningful action while experiencing increasing uncertainty. And let's do that in a way that feels both meaningful and fun.
Our Heroic Cause for this introductory workshop is this:
Help people to start building some key ways of seeing, thinking and acting at work/within organisations that align with the ways people and Nature thrive.

We as a human group are now increasingly scared of uncertainty - at a time when we need to be more comfortable with it.
With this short workshop, you will explore new ways to perceive and release possibilities for your work. And you will experiment with doing something we all find difficult when we are nervous - letting go of control, while remaining an active co-creative part of what is unfolding.

Extraction is soooo last century. We've done it (almost) to death. It's time to have all organisations help people and Nature to thrive.
What if you could help your organisation to make life on Earth better (and more fun)?

We're just getting (re) started.
After deepening our work in applied improv and complexity.
Let's work together to align our work with the ways people and planet thrive.
